By mutual agreement, E-LINK 4 DIGITAL and V8 DIGITAL coordinate communication with data subjects and manage responses to privacy requests. You may exercise your rights with either joint controller and will receive a response in all cases.

Data: IP address, date/time, URL, user-agent, essential cookies

Contact Forms / Email Communication

Data: Name, email address, message content, and attachments you provide
Purpose: Responding to inquiries and further communication

Newsletter

Data: Email address (and optionally your name)
Purpose: Sending updates and content
Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a))

Comments

Data: Name, email address, IP address, comment content; anti-spam services may process related data
Legal basis: Legitimate interest (f) for spam and abuse prevention

Embedded Third-Party Content (e.g. YouTube, Instagram)

Such platforms may collect your data and place their own cookies. Non-essential content is loaded only after your consent.

Analytics (if enabled, e.g. Google Analytics)

Scope: Aggregated statistical data; IP addresses are shortened/anonymized
Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a))
Without consent, analytics tools are not loaded.

6) Retention Periods

• Contact/business communication: Up to 12 months after the last communication (or longer where legally required or justified by legitimate interest)
• Newsletter: Until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent
• Comments: Stored permanently to preserve discussion context; metadata retained for abuse prevention
• Security logs: Up to 6 months (longer in the event of an incident)
• Cookies: According to the Cookie Policy

7) Your Rights

You may request:

• Access to your data
• Rectification
• Erasure
• Restriction of processing
• Objection to processing
• Data portability (where applicable)

If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
